Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Click "Get Started" on the homepage, enter your email and password, verify your email, and complete your profile with photos and information about yourself.

Is LuvsFinder free to use?

Yes! LuvsFinder offers a free tier that includes daily profile views and basic matching. Upgrade to Premium for unlimited views, additional features, and priority support.

How do I add photos to my profile?

Go to your Profile page, click "Edit Profile," and upload up to 6 photos. Your first photo will be your main profile picture.

Matching & Discovery

How does matching work?

Browse profiles in the Discover section. Swipe right (like) or left (dislike). When both users like each other, it's a match! You can then start messaging.

What are the daily view limits?

Free users can view a limited number of profiles per day. Premium members get unlimited views. Limits reset daily at midnight.

Can I change my gender preferences?

Yes! Edit your profile and update your gender preference, age range, and location preferences anytime.

Why am I not seeing any profiles?

Make sure your preferences aren't too restrictive, you have a complete profile, and you haven't reached your daily view limit.

Messages & Communication

How do I message someone?

You can only message people you've matched with. Go to the Matches page, click on a match, and start chatting!

Can I send messages before matching?

No, both users must like each other first to start messaging. This ensures mutual interest and reduces spam.

Are my messages private?

Yes! All messages are private and encrypted. We never share your conversations with anyone.

Premium Subscription

What do I get with Premium?

Premium members get unlimited profile views, see who liked them, advanced filters, priority support, and an ad-free experience.

How much does Premium cost?

Premium starts at $9.99/month. We also offer 3-month and 6-month plans at discounted rates.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep Premium benefits until the end of your billing period.

Safety & Privacy

How do I report someone?

If someone violates our community guidelines, use the report button on their profile. We review all reports within 24 hours.

Can I block users?

Yes! Block anyone from their profile or messages. Blocked users can't see your profile or contact you.

Is my location shared?

We only show your city/general area, never your exact location. You control what information appears on your profile.

Account & Technical

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. You can also temporarily pause your account instead.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email address.

The app isn't working properly. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or logging out and back in. If issues persist, contact our support team.
