1. Acceptance of Terms

LuvsFinder ("the Service") is operated by Docs Printing SRL, a company registered in Romania (Tax ID RO 22749955) with its registered office at Str. Lacul Roșu nr. 5, 400614 Cluj-Napoca, Romania ("we", "us", "LuvsFinder"). By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use LuvsFinder. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• You have not been previously banned from the Service

3. Account Registration and Security

To use LuvsFinder, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share sexually explicit content without consent
• Use the Service for commercial or promotional purposes
• Scrape, copy, or use automated systems to access the Service
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant LuvsFinder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.

All LuvsFinder branding, logos, and Service features are owned by LuvsFinder and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account settings; subscription benefits continue until the end of the current billing period, and no refunds are provided for partial periods except as described below.

Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). Under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 and Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw from a subscription purchased on our website within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, by emailing support@luvsfinder.com. Because Premium features are delivered immediately, by purchasing you expressly request that the service begins during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that, if you withdraw, you will be charged a proportionate amount for the period already used.

Subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are processed by Apple as an in-app purchase. Billing, cancellation and refunds for those subscriptions are governed by Apple's terms and handled through your Apple ID account settings.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Safety and Offline Interactions

LuvsFinder is not responsible for offline interactions between users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline.

• Always meet in public places for first meetings
• Tell friends or family about your plans
• Never share financial information
• Trust your instincts and report suspicious behavior

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without notice or liability. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH OR RELATIONSHIP.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUVSFINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you reside.

If you are a consumer, you may also file a complaint with the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, anpc.ro) or use the alternative dispute resolution procedure (SAL, anpc.ro/ce-este-sal).
