• You have not been previously banned from the Service

To use LuvsFinder, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share sexually explicit content without consent
• Use the Service for commercial or promotional purposes
• Scrape, copy, or use automated systems to access the Service
• Upload viruses or malicious code

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant LuvsFinder a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.

All LuvsFinder branding, logos, and Service features are owned by LuvsFinder and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel anytime, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods. Subscription benefits continue until the end of your billing cycle.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Safety and Offline Interactions

LuvsFinder is not responsible for offline interactions between users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline.

• Always meet in public places for first meetings
• Tell friends or family about your plans
• Never share financial information
• Trust your instincts and report suspicious behavior

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, without notice or liability. You may delete your account at any time from your settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL FIND A MATCH OR RELATIONSHIP.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUVSFINDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
